イギリスの天文ショップからの先日のメールで、"I will get a shipping price for you today and let you know. If this is OK, I will get it all processed and dispatched for you."とおっしゃっていたにもかかわらず、一向に送料についてのメールが来ないので、今日もう一度問い合わせてみました。

I ordered items (Order Number ****) to your shop from Japan a month ago.

And I recently received the e-mail in which you said that you would inform me about a shipping price.

But I have not gotten a e-mail from you.

Please tell me when the items I purchased will reach me and the shipping price will be.

I am sorry about the delay. We have been hit with severe weather in the UK and production has slowed down. I will get a shipping price for you in the next 1 - 2 days and let you know. Sorry again for the delay in coming back to you.
